Due to demand for another reception class, this is a top school looking for a UK trained and experienced Early Years Teacher to join them in October 2016.

This is an international school for expatriate children from about 53 different countries from the ages of 2 years old up to 18. They follow the English National Curriculum and a broad curriculum with a wide range of extra curricular activities is delivered by experienced and well-qualified teachers – mostly from the UK, and all with UK curriculum experience. There are also teaching assistants on hand to support teachers and pupils and class sizes are kept small. The school is located in Southern China in Guagnzhou, the largest city in the Guangdong province.

Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 2 years post qualification teaching experience with the UK curriculum although strong NQTs can be considered. Most staff have British qualifications and experience but on occasion the school will consider other nationalities provided they have British curriculum experience. Teachers applying for this post should hold a good Bachelor’s degree and PGCE (or a Bachelor of Education from a UK university with QTS.

Salaries are dependent upon experience and qualifications and range from RMB 333,115 – 445,865. Tax is about 17.5% but varies according to salary.
