eCommerce Executive of Partner Distribution (Account Executive) ChartisInsurance

Position Description
The location can be flexible among all AIG branches.

Assist and support eCommerce Manager to develop and manage eCommerce business for all distributions. Look for new distribution channel and cross-sell opportunities.

? Sales Management

* Directly responsible for assigned account’s top line performance with focus on meeting – and exceeding – revenue budget targets

* Team up with eCommerce manager to control portfolio expenses

* Analyze sales results to determine best course of action to meet sales targets
? Account Management

* Build, manage, and maintain relationships with assigned strategic Accounts at various levels of management through best-in-class service quality

* Research, plan, and execute activities– including but not limited to product, distribution, marketing, training, and customer campaign activities - within budgeted production

* Implement pro-active account management discipline through formal scheduled reviews/meetings, activity dashboards/pipelines, best practice sharing, and sales reporting
? Business Development

* Responsible for prospect management, tender responses, client presentations, negotiations, and business closing for assigned account

* Collaborate with various in-country departments and regional management to develop service, technology, multi-insurance line, and product enhancements that will differentiate and strengthen our value proposition and help reach budget expectations; including support for multi-national account prospects
? Strategic Direction Setting

* Ensure knowledge of account news, customers, and market trends; and identify potential opportunities and challenges
? Communication & Marketing

* Assist manager to participate in the industry sponsorship and event; internal and external communications; and development of offline and online marketing materials working with respective stakeholders where necessary.

* Ensure best practices for various aspects of the eCommerce business are documented and shared.

Position Requirements
? Diploma degree
? Experience in some of these fields, with an advantage if experienced in all: business development, account management
? Team player with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
? Strong initiative and drive; an entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
? Technology and internet savvy
? Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project required; proficiency in Photoshop and other graphics software preferred
? Experience in matrix management within a large, multi-national organization
