Asia BI / Data Management Leader Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)

- Interface directly with functional leadership, key stakeholders and corporate teams working as a business partner to develop new analytics solutions and also evaluate, simplify, and improve operational processes. This includes providing clear plans, project deck status and leadership communication.

- Drive evolution of the Asia BI procedures, data and process to optimize accuracy/cycle/quality.

- Lead program expansion into new business units. Support new integrations in those areas as needed by leading the analysis, requirements, design, development, implementation, documentation and maintenance of IT system solutions. Follow PMM project rigor and process .

- Manage scope, resources, time and risk in delivering on time and high quality projects.

- Manage the day to day operations of the existing BI Platform and team.

- Manage a contract team and ensure support SLA as needed to enable sustained operations with internal and external service providers and implement controls to ensure compliance and P&A Establish and maintain operations standards, procedures and best practices for operational excellence

- Drive Asia BI Council to collaborate business and shared BI team for execution. Represent Asia in Power & Water BI Council to communicate Asia BI progress, take the information and best practice back and communicate/apply.

- Lead other projects to broaden exposure as priorities permit

- Represent team on Corporate and cross-business councils as needed
