Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) Aviation Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)

ECLP accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. The 2 year program consists of three 8-month rotational assignments within the commercial segments of GE Aviation balancing both breadth and depth of experience

Rotations provide experiences such as strategic growth and innovation, forecasting and analytics, market assessment, competitive intelligence, product management, customer segmentation, pricing and commercialization, project management, online design and benchmarking and sales development.

To supplement on-the-job learning, program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing four global ECLP conferences held over the two-year program that provide extensive training in Gold Standard Marketing & Sales Leadership.
