Augusta Fuel Company – AFC – has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant – Customer Service – who has an exceptional ability to interact and connect with customers. The Administrative Assistant is

responsible for assisting customers who are in need of service,

finding out detailed information about their needs, and scheduling and dispatching technicians or drivers to meet those needs, utilizing all resources available; communication occurs by phone, 2-way radio, email, texting and fax; assists directly with problem resolution as appropriate. This is a fast paced position that requires exceptional customer service skills, multitasking, and excellent computer skills. AFC will train an individual with the right qualities and aptitude.
