We are currently searching for a highly motivated, professional, full timeCustomer Service Associate/Receptionist. The successful candidate in this role will help assist with our professional financial services office consisting of advisors and staff. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, distributing mail and faxes, managing office files and performing data entry. Candidate must be customer service oriented, able to handle a multi-lined phone system while maintaining a positive focus and high energy level. Excellent organizational, follow-through, communication and interpersonal skills required. Applicant must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
