Responsibilities:


The responsibilities vary by the function and project that you are working in. Below are some of the responsibilities that you could be accountable for:
 Work cross-functionally to support the end-to-end supply planning, including operating plans, component collaborative planning and execution processes, supplier flexibility investments and deliverables
 Develop a component demand supply plan, including supply-demand balancing, supply availability, allocation management, delivery performance, and upside Flexibility investments
 Lead component allocations and supply-demand matching to ensure customer delivery performance
 Resolve escalated component shortages through active communication with relevant suppliers and stakeholders
 Work with the Global Manufacturing Teams teams (Americas, Europe, APJC) for material coordination and site balancing between the various hubs according to the backlog.
 Develop and present executive communications regarding supply chain planning, delivery performance across multiple stakeholders.
 Monitor end-to-end inventories from raw components to DF sites, evaluate the optimal inventory levels needed, and actively work with the various nodes to drive the days of inventory to optimal levels.
 Manage various component supply processes and drive to improve metrics, including Last-Time Buy (LTB), Excess & Obsolete (E&O), etc.


Education Eligibility Criteria:
 Desired Degree: Seeking both Bachelors Degree (BA/BS /etc) and Masters Degree (MA/MS/etc) candidates
 Desired Major: Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
 Minimum CGPA of 3.0.

Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) – Global manufacturing management and execution, including assembly, material planning, logistics, supply base, contract manufacturing management, and factory quality.
