Entry Level Regulatory Coordinator job - Kleinschmidt Group - Pittsfield, ME

Kleinschmidt is a premier provider of engineering, regulatory and ecological services to the Hydroelectric, Renewable Power and Water Resource Markets in the United States and Canada andhas an immediate opening for an Entry-Level Regulatory Coordinator in our Pittsfield, Maine, office. This position will assist project teams and clients to apply for federal hydropower licenses and other state and federal processes. Day to day tasks may include research, review of regulations, writing and summarizing environmental and engineering data, coordinating and attending meetings with resource agencies, and assisting with schedule and budget planning.

Qualifications :
BA/BS Degree

Excellent writing, communication, and research skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Proficiency with MS Office Suite software – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Ability to organize and track project work

Ability to multi-task

Other Preferred Experience:
Data analysis

GIS experience

The ability and/or interest to interface with the public, agencies, and clients
