Marketing & Communications Manager job - Kleinschmidt Group - Pittsfield, ME

Kleinschmidt is a premier provider of engineering, regulatory and ecological services to the Hydroelectric, Renewable Power and Water Resource Markets in the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager in our Strasburg, Pennsylvania , Lexington, South Carolina or Pittsfield, Maine office.

Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience with professional services marketing

Experience collaborating with senior management teams developing strategic and tactical marketing plans

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop software, experience with Deltek Vision preferred

Demonstrated ability to work well independently and with diverse teams remotely

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with developing processes and systems that result in a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness to produce high quality work products

Experience with document development and production processes

Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Creativity is essential

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications

Must possess current authorization to work in the United States

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in branding, conduct client research and develop client focused marketing communications.

Manage marketing activities to promote company services through outbound strategies including: print collateral, advertisements, press releases, newsletters, direct mail campaigns, and awards submissions.

Lead formulation of inbound marketing strategies including website enhancements, assisting professional staff with developing white papers, blogs and social media development to create “Visible Experts”.

Maintain marketing collateral materials for business development support including: project data sheets, client references, staff resumes, qualification packages and service profile sheets.

Manage marketing and logistics efforts associated with industry trade shows and conferences.
