Office Manager/Administrative Support job - CCI Alliance of Companies - Augusta, ME


CCI Solutions, LLC is seeking a Full Time Officer Manager to perform multiple duties at the Augusta, ME office to perform multiple duties which are listed below. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, binding machines, laminator, and fax machines.


1. Collect and Check for Accuracy employee timesheets and submit to corporate office.
2. Collect, Check, Reconcile, and submit employee expense reports to corporate office.
3. Collect, Check, and submit employee p-card reports with corresponding receipts to corporate office.
4. Collect and correctly code indirect accounts payables.
5. Collect, Check, and submit Certified Payrolls from Subcontractors to Government.
6. Manage vehicle fleet for the Northeast region.
7. Maintain equipment inventory for the Northeast region.
8. Assist with preparation of marketing materials for the Business Development team.
9. Handle trade show logistics.
10. Help on board new employees
11. Manage local office material and equipment needs.
12. Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, postage machine, etc.
13. Support the Northeast field employees by being the person they can call for help when they are in remote locations.
14. Assist vendors in any payment issues by interfacing with existing accounting system.
15. Assist with miscellaneous copying, scanning, filing, organizing, office organization, etc.


Minimum Requirements


1. Applicant must have 5 years of managing an office and performing duties as described above.
2. Applicant must be skilled with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
3. Applicant must have tremendous time management skills, be able to make appropriate decisions for a person in this position, be highly organized, work independently, etc.
4. Applicant must be able to present themselves and work closely with others in a professional and courteous manner.


Education Required:
a. High school diploma or equivalent, required
b. Associate or Bachelors Degree Preferred


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
