to work full-time

Description:
Receive inbound calls from current customers who wish to discontinue using the products and/or services of our nationally recognized Fortune 500 communications client

Inquire about the customers dissatisfaction with the products/services they’re receiving; provide any available solutions or suggestions in an effort to retain the customers business

Provide quality customer service at all times

Hours:
Various Shifts: Starting 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
