Key Experiences and any Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in influencing managers and taking stand when the situation demands it
• The ability to influence management on quality and HSE matters
• Technical awareness of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of the business area, specific risks and industry approaches advantageous
