Rental Coordinator - Forming, Shoring & Scaffolding job - Cianbro - Pittsfield, ME

Summary:
Cianbro has an opening for a detail oriented Rental Coordinator with the Equipment Group in Pittsfield, Maine. This position will coordinate rentals of forming, shoring & scaffolding equipment. Applicant should have excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and fulfill customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:
Take customer orders/inquiries, process rental agreements, and make credit/charge adjustments as required.

Maintain stock inventory, perform cycle and periodic counts.

Work with vendors to receive quotes and order & receive stock.

Work with customers to propose substitutions and/or alternate systems to best utilize Cianbro assets.

Assist with buyout of major items and 3rd party rental activities.

Qualifications/Requirments:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills via phone or in person are essential.

Must be a self-starter that can work independently with a can-do attitude.

Must be detail oriented and have strong organization skills.

Proficient with Computer Applications (including Excel), and execute data entry with a high level of accuracy.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
