Senior Training Executive job - Global Sources - South China, ME

Training content development: Draft / optimize sales training content with effective need analysis and learner friendly deliverables.

Collection and promotion of best practice / success stories: by online & offline communicaiton channels such as F2F interview, meetings, telephone calls, emails, online forum, etc.

Basic editing of video / audio materials: such as client testimonial, sales best performer interview.

Requirements:
College graduate, major in education / media / marketing / language or relevant subjects preferred.

More than 4 years experience in Training / Consultancy / Corporate communication

Basic knowledge of training content development, good copywriting skill, basic usage of video editing software, fluent English translation, good PPTskill.

User friendly thinking, result oriented, smart time management, willing to learn and communicate.
