JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Supervisor assists the Senior Operations Manager to identify business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service levels are achieved. The Supervisor will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff and periodically review the budget against expected objectives.

The Essential Functions Include:
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
Prepare, submit and operate against approved annual budget; assist to monitor progress against short and long-term business objectives.
Assist Senior Operations Manager to evaluate industry/business trends for potential impact on the organization; identify key business opportunities as well as potential threats to the business.
Manage the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of high caliber staff upon request.
Provide billable services directly as appropriate. Deliver counsel in areas of technical expertise and oversee highly sensitive projects.
Maintain ongoing contact with client customers; plan and participate in client service calls for the purpose of obtaining feedback critical to maintaining client accounts.
Maintain ongoing contact with prospective organizations for the purpose of developing long-term quality business.
Delegate workload effectively to ensure client requirements are met, staff members are utilized appropriately, and labor costs are contained.
Ensure that the staff remains focused on high quality customer service.
Facilitate teamwork and the implementation of progressive change.
All other duties, as assigned.
Minimum Hiring Standards:
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Must have a University Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Must meet the country’s age requirements.
Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the legal right to work in China.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies (As Demonstrated Through Experience, Training, and/or Testing ):
Above average knowledge in security management.
Security management, executive protection, general investigations experience.
Computer Skills; Microsoft Office.
