Supervises, coordinates and/or performs the administrative and clerical services required to directly support the daily operations of the department. Assists Administrator/Manager with special projects.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 3 years or more of office supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment
- Skills in conflict resolution
- Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications
- Must be self-directed and have strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required.
- Ability to work autonomously, and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with working with customers
- Service excellence phone presence
