Practice Coordinator PB - MaineGeneral Health - Augusta, ME





Supervises, coordinates and/or performs the administrative and clerical services required to directly support the daily operations of the department. Assists Administrator/Manager with special projects.

Qualifications/Competencies:


  • Associate’s degree preferred

  • 3 years or more of office supervisory experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment

  • Skills in conflict resolution

  • Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications

  • Must be self-directed and have strong verbal and oral communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required.

  • Ability to work autonomously, and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with working with customers

  • Service excellence phone presence
