Our Client is looking for a results driven executive to lead the Women’s and Man’s footwear organization in Asia accountable for strategic management of sourcing, product development, costing, commercialization and production. As the Asia head this role need to lead a team with more than 20 team members in charge of the whole process from product development to mass production.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum 15 years experience in footwear, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position. Solid experience in materials, pattern and footwear construction are required. Strong communication in written and oral English are must. Willing to base in China Mainland will be priority.
