My Client, a leading Space/Sci-Fi games studio are embarking on an adventure to China, and need to take a talented Lead Programmer along too. Having just completed a co-development deal with one of the biggest game companies in China to build a brand new Sci-Fi IP in the East.

This team will consist of 40+ developers plus outsourcers, for mobile this truly will be AAA! A once in a lifetime opportunity which could truly move your career forwards.

Flights paid for, including opportunities to fly back to the UK to visit Family/Friends throughout the tygacontract. Accommodation is also included and regular opportunities to earn bonuses making it a genuinely fantastic opportunity.

LEAD PROGRAMMER DUTIES
* Your core focus will be instilling and running the production process laid out by our team.
* SCRUM methodology
* Code reviews
* Best practices
* To deliver the AAA mobile product we require to be competitive in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILL SET
* Multiple lead programmer roles on mobile titles and large teams
* Exceptional Strong Unity C#/C++ programming skills
* Excellent understanding of platforms, middleware, tools and engines available for studios
* Excellent team communication skills that work for both cultures! (There are translators and several English speakers on the code team)
* Excellent cross discipline communication, and upwards communication with the Stakeholders
* An understanding of AAA mobile and F2P games
