Head of Leasing – China Retail Mall

An integrated property developer with a portfolio encompassing residential, retail malls and commercial buildings in Hong Kong, China and overseas is looking for the Head of Leasing for their existing retail malls and pre opening projects in China. This position requires to station in Guangzhou.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leasing and marketing activities of Shopping malls & office premises
• Overall supervision of the daily operational management of the complex project
• Analyzing the property market trends to establish commercial positioning, recommending leasing and marketing strategy for management’s consideration.
• Negotiate with tenants or property agents and manage key tenants relationship for the property portfolio

Requirements

• Degree holders in Real Estate and other related discipline
• Over 10 years of solid working experiences especially with property developer or consulting firms.
• Good communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese
• This position requires to station in Guangzhou
