Responsibilities:
Supervise and set directions to the Finance and Accounting function and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organizationAssist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the company’s objective and help execute staff succession and growth plansReport directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to cash flow management, tax planning and management, budget and financial control / reporting, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new fundingEnsure accounting systems are in accordance to established accounting standards.
