Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, organization, coordination and direction to enhance the status and standing of the companySupervise and set directions in converting a private limited company to a public listed companyDevelop strategy and create highly efficient vision and positive culture.Responsible for the establishment and achievement of current and long-term company goals/objectives including developing and implementing strategic plans.Oversee all departments and ensure that all managers uphold a consistently high standard of performance, encouraging results and continuous improvement.Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure consistent growth and to ensure expansion and profit plans are met.Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Management with a well rounded background in multiple phases of business, preferably with exposure and experience in listing a company in China.Strong leadership background with 5-7 years of progressive experience in senior level positions.Demonstrated strong financial, communication and organizational skills.Demonstrated expertise in motivating to establish and successfully achieve goals.Experience in supervising large manpower and comprehensive budgets.Preferably with Estate experience.Good communication skill bi-lingual, fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese languages - to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
