Our client is Leading International Hotel Group and are looking for a General Manager for their Leading Property in China. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Leading International Hotels in Asia and China with the following criteria:

Previous Experience in International HotelsExperience in Asia and ChinaRooms Division experienceRevenue ManagementSales and MarketingDegree qualified Experience in China- Fluent in English, Intermediate level Cantonese would be a plus A proven track record in conflict management, coaching and development and performance management Strong Leadership skillsSound Business acumenBudgeting & forecastingExcellent presentation and Communication skillsSound Administration & computer skillsHigh level of financial acumen including solid experience with P & L and KPIs Impeccable level of personal presentation (please include a recent photo)
