Recruitment:
We need foreign Trade Staff
Marketing Events & Partnership
u Plan, execute online and offline events
u Source and evaluate the external sponsorship opportunities
u Prepare post-event report and the quarterly/annual campaign reports
u Coordinate with other departments to support events
u Coordinate with event partners to meet the expected targets
u Maintain & develop new partnerships

Market research
u Conduct regular research on demand
u Support product marketing executive to carry out regular product-related research.
u Support assistant marketing manager to carry out research on local authorities/organizations
u Visit customers/partners regularly

Lead Generation and Management
u Generate leads from online and offline events
u De-duplicate leads by comparing data in CRM
u Monitoring the campaign leads’ consumption status
Others
u Manage and support ad-hoc marketing projects assigned by assistant marketing manager/director.
u Follow specific business process based on request of assistant marketing manager/director when carrying out duties
u Maintain good relationship with customers
u Timely reports of all projects / campaigns / activities in charged.
Desired Skills and Experience
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
u Degree in Marketing, Business or Legal
u Preferably Graduates Students and 4-5 years marketing work experience with foreign trade , marketing, project/event management background
u Good time management
u Fluent in English and Chinese
u Excellent communication skills
u Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
u Independent and result driven
u Able to multi-task in a challenging environment.
