The Position:
This key leader is responsible for the planning, organizing, managing, budgeting, purchasing, performance improvement, education, and internal/external communications for physician practices. The Administrator will be accountable for NCQA certification, financial performance, customer service, and will serve as a resource and liaison to providers. He/she will have the opportunity to influence strategy and direction through participation in EMHS committees. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a motivating, supportive, and collaborative style with a team-oriented philosophy and a strong analytical and financial acumen. Experience and demonstrated knowledge in rural healthcare, NCQA standards, patient-centered medical homes, and ACO’s in essential. He/she will possess a minimum of three years of experience leading medical practices, clinics, or physician practices.
