Responsibilities

• Assist to promote the culture and practice of compliance with the spirit of legal and regulatory requirement and ethical standards, and to ensure the business compliance with those requirements and standards.
• Assist Head of Legal & Compliance to ensure that the company operates in accordance with (a) all regulatory and legal requirements, so as to protect and enhance the reputation of the company with its regulators and avoid significant financial loss.
• Assist to promote the implementation of policies on compliance issues and to provide a proactive and consultative advisory service to staff.
• Assist to ensure that risk-based compliance monitoring is conducted at appropriate frequencies.
• To liaise with regulators, communicate with relevant authorities in a timely manner.
• To prepare and review the reports / filing with CBRC, PBOC and/or any other regulators to ensure such can meet with the regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At Least 6 yrs compliance experience, with experience in Auto Finance area will be preferred;
• Bachelor degree or above in Law or Finance/Accounting;
• Have experience working with CBRC AND PBOC
• Strong analytical and monitoring skills
