Founded in 2004, Pivot has acquired many multi-nationals clients such as Coca-Cola, HSBC, GroupM, Triumph, Kohler and REC, just to name a few. Pivot’s core services are event management - specifically in corporate hospitality and entertainment, business functions and grand openings; event marketing - specifically in product/brand launches, mass consumer outreach programs, promotions/sampling programs, road shows, branded entertainment etc; and corporate sponsorship consultation and negotiation.

Creative Director
(China - Shanghai)

Responsibilities: The Creative Director will oversee the agency’s creative team of 2D and 3D designers to help develop the agency's creative products for clients.Working with our Account Managers, you will make sure the client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on track. The Creative Director will provide art direction and lead creative development to shape creative and interesting design concepts for events and other related materials. The Creative Director will direct the team to create high quality and fresh design pieces with an in-depth understanding of design elements, artistic ability and individual creativity.

Requirements:
Ability to lead the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership
Knowledge of each step of the creative process to give creative direction, work on schedule and meet clients' expectations
Strong design portfolio and always on the cutting edge of design philosophies
Experience in BTL/exhibition or event design is highly regarded
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Autocad, Cinema 4D and/or 3D Max
Spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
Be able to work effectively across cultural teams
To thrive in fast-pace environments
Effective in handling multiple projects on tight deadlines
