Our client manages a highly publicized hotel group with clear emphasis on quality and services. The position is based in Shanghai and we are searching for an experienced Chief Engineer to direct, lead and manage the maintenance division.

You will have the challenging task of managing a complex and diverse operation and to coordinate all engineering and maintenance functions.

Professional Profile:
* Minimum 15 years experiences in engineering and 3 years as Chief Engineer
* Tertiary qualified
* Must have prior experience within China
* Must speak fluent English
* Proficient in managing local work force & development programs
* Technically proficient and implementing preventive maintenance programs
* Handling all safety procedures and facility support services
* Excellent communicator and reporting to HM
* Superb organizational skills and prior luxury hotel experience
* Pro active, pleasant personality, great team player
* Exceptional administration and communication skills
