HOSPITALITY SEARCH INTERNATIONAL: F&B Operations Manager - 5 star - China

Our clients are a major hotel force in Asia. They are currently anxious to recruit an F&B Operations Manager for one of their properties in China, trading at the top end of the 5 star banner. This position will serve as number two in the department and report to the Dir of F&B. The ideal candidate will have a top class profile, have significant large scale F&B experience (Chinese exposure would be great), have at least 5 years post college working profile and travelling without school aged kids.
