Event Manager Internship at Beijing at Beijingcommons / CHINAJOBHUNTER

Location: Sanlitun area, Beijing
Time commitment: Full time (8 hours per day)

Description:
Do you want to be a part of an events team that puts on TEDxBeijing? Beijing Commons is a growing project management company serving the innovative industries. Founded in 2005, our company focuses on bringing the right people together to build a better Beijing. Our mission is to help build capacity for projects ranging from small non-profits to large multi-national companies.

Responsibilities
• Research potential sponsors
• Identify sponsor initiatives for targeted conversations
• Research potential speakers
• Assist other staff with presentations for clients
• Assist other staff with logistics
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Qualifications
• Pursuing BS/BA
• Prefer third or fourth year student, but will consider on case-by-case basis
• An interest in creative industries
• Excellent oral, written and communication/presentation skills
• Prefer bilingual (中英文)
