Job Description:

The Corporate Development Group within Cisco is responsible for driving company strategy through investments and acquisitions. Having invested in more than 200 companies and completed more than 150 acquisitions, this group has unparalleled experience and visibility across the high tech industry.
Analysts drive a variety of market and transaction-related analyses; they work with managers to develop acquisition opportunities, venture capital investments and corporate strategy. The analyst will join the Greater China based team and will be exposed to a variety of possible technology areas including cloud/virtualization, collaboration, data center infrastructure, enterprise networking service provider wireless, and video/connected home.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in corporate strategy and market research projects
– Develop detailed technology and market analyses of key sectors
– Define investment, partnership and M&A strategy to drive growth and support specific business initiatives

Requirements:
• Fluent written English and Chinese
• Strong interest and knowledge in business technology and the technology industry
• Aptitude and interest to do research, including collecting data from databases and internet, reading reports and preparing power presentations

Educational Background：
• Candidate for Bachelor or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management/Business, or Economics
