Internship Duration: June to September

Mission:

The main mission is to act as a game helpers and deal with inquiries from players (forums, chats, and social media), ensure an effective translation of news on communication channels.

Requirements
• Excellent level of German as well as good written and spoken English, native-speaker of Deutsch is an advantage.
• Gamer, passionate about (online) games.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience in forum management and/or customer contact will be a plus.
