Based on the above job scope, there will be lots of opportunities to get to know many HR Managers, whereby you can approach and see if they need a junior HR Specialist/ Assistant at the end of your internship. Your work in our company can also qualify as experience in the field of Training/ Learning & Development, which will allow you to see work in the Training department of a company.
Working with Directions Consulting means you will get the guidance given by senior consultants (colleagues) from Singapore and USA etc. It is a homework internship.

About this job:
As part of our ongoing marketing activities, we would like to:
Set-Up WeChat and LinkedIn Groups for our targeted HR Directors/ Managers; and
Organise HR Roundtables on a monthly/ bimonthly basis
Hence, we will need someone to handle:
1.WeChat/ LinkedIn marketing;
2.Invitation of the HR Managers/ Directors to our events (we have lots of namelists and contacts)
3.Coordination to organise events, incl. invitation of guests and speakers, booking of facilities, arranging marketing materials etc);
4.Updating/ editing of PPTs and Photoshop;
5.Preparing of training materials and brochures; etc.

Requirements:
This internship is open to students with all certificates or major, currently living in Shanghai or Suzhou. Successful candidates possess:
Good command of English AND Chinese
Passion for people
High degree of initiative
Quick learner and market focused
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent team spirit
Mobile

Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: Fresh Graduate
