About this job:
Objectives: Support HR project for Research Asia Pacific, communication on Open Research activities of BASF, organization of Open Research events. Main Tasks:
• Support development of HR concepts for research team.
• Organization of interviews and prepare Newsletter for talent pool.
• Support design & implementation of communication materials for Open Research Center, preparation of open research events including internal and external communication, preparation of visit of research on conferences and universities.
• Coordination with operative organization on external and internal innovation events.

Requirements:
•Bachelor or Master student major in HR, Communication or Management.
•Highly interested in HR and administration related work.
•Excellent English skills: both written and speaking.
•Good communication skills and team player.
•Creative, detail orientated and highly responsible.
•Willing to learn new things, interact with different departments of BASF and work in an international environment.
