Intern to Energy Industrialization China at Schneider Electric / CHINAJOBHUNTER

Key responsibility:

1.Organize Dept.regular meeting for weekly & monthly;
2.Meeting memo & collect Dept.reports from the team;
3.Organize team building;
4.Consolidate Dept weekly Travel plan and share with team / cross-functional team;
5.Consolidate Dept. HC plan quarterly ( planed vs.actual) and its analysis;
6.Release Dept. MSTT Pre-review report for IPL review before monthly finalized;
7.Assist IPLs for projects tasks; (project material readiness consolidation and followup; projects action plan followup; Depends his/her competency;)
8.Assist IQL/IQE for Supplier deliverables readiness communication;
9.Joined Chinese supplier meeting for communication if need EN-CH translation.
10.Follow up projects dashboard open status and make sure its implement in right direction;
11.In charge of Dept disk management;
Etc.

Key requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or above in technical/engineering/mechanical design/IE or equivalent.
2.Advanced skills of Excel, PPT;
3.Rich experience to making good presentation;
4.Advanced skills of project planning, action plan creation;
5.Good listener, quick learner, quick response & good result-driven respecting actions duration commitment;
6.Diligent, team work spirit,
7.could be working under pressure;
8.Smart, flexible mindset, good personality.
