Chinese to English/French

Be the interface between parent company and customers

Write technical and commercial reporting to parent
company

Sales &
Marketing

Organize and participate to client visits to create
new business opportunities and to promote DEC products.

Organize and support marketing activities, including
trade/scientific shows, seminars, mailings, etc.

Identify business opportunities by identifying
prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and
analyzing sales opportunities

Respond efficiently to enquiries by contacting
potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements

Prepare proposals and quotations in liaison with parent
company

Maintain relationships with clients by providing
support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new
opportunities.

Identify product improvements or new products by
remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information.

Follow-up closely project progress and respond
efficiently to the respective needs

Person Specification

Several years of experience working with industrial international
companies, preferably in the manufacturing, pharma or chemical fields

Background in sales, pharma and/or chemical.

Mandarin mother language, fluent in English written
and spoken, other languages are welcome

Very good communication skills – both verbal and
written, accurate reporting skills

Multi-tasking and great planning skills, able to
communicate complex technical issues, problem solving skills with good
presentation skills. Self-motivated and adaptable to work under minimal
supervision

Good command of PC skills incl. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Autocad and Inventor basic knowledge is welcome.

Flexible and eager to learn new things.
