Business Development Internship at VDA / CHINAJOBHUNTER

The German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) consists of more than 600 member companies of automobile manufacturers, suppliers and manufacturers of trailers, special bodies and buses, who come together to research and produce clean and safe auto-mobility for the future. VDA represents the automotive manufactures and supply companies to ensure the continued competitive utilization of their experience and skills. The cooperation between manufactures and suppliers in VDA is unique in the world of motoring. VDA nationally and internationally promotes the interests of the entire German automotive industry. VDA is active in all areas of the motor traffic industry e.g. transport policy, technical legislation, quality assurance and taxation. VDA is the organizer of the world’s largest automobile exhibition, the International Motor Show (IAA).

The VDA Quality Management Center (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (VDA QMC China) is the subsidiary of the German VDA QMC and supports automotive industry in China in quality related issues. It’s also the oversight office for the IATF and publishes the VDA quality standards in Chinese. VDA methods and qualifications have a high acceptance among German OEMs and beyond they are defined by many companies as customer specific requirements. VDA QMC China provides quality related trainings, projects and programs to car and parts manufactures with the mission of improvement of quality management “from best practice – for best practice”.

Support marketing of VDA standards
Handle order, sales and post of VDA standards
Assist in organization of trainings and meetings
Follow-up training feedback
Assist in IT or Marketing management

Requirements:
University study in engineering, information technology, German or business management
Chinese as native, fluent in German and English
Reliable computer skills and proficient in office software and program
Willingness to assist in a variety of tasks
Able to work independently and efficiently
Good organization skills and good team spirit
