Responsibilities

• Secure rights and interests of the company and its business;
• Timely follow up with PRC regulatory/legislative updates, strengthen information and knowledge sharing, ensure regulatory compliance, provide timely and reliable legal advice and support, maintain
• regular as well as ad hoc supervision and reporting;
• Responsible for corporate matters, including but not limited to providing legal advice on corporate governance, drafting/reviewing/amending/preparing/aligning corporate documents such as BoD resolutions, meeting minutes, PoA etc.
• Advising on and drafting corporate policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures;
• Assisting after sales legal colleagues with recall matters;
• Managing external legal counsels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law or equivalent; overseas education or working experience preferred
• PRC bar qualification required
• Professional legal experience (6-8 years)
• Working experience in an international environment (abroad, foreign invested company, international law firm)
• Excellent legal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Sound judgment and profound negotiation skills
• Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial approach
• Providing solutions and actively moving things forward
• Intercultural competence
• Ability to act independently and reliably under time pressure and on multiple tasks, willingness to take decisions
• Cooperative and team oriented working style
