Maintenance Mgr. job - Stepan Company - China, ME

To manage and lead the maintenance team include maintenance contractor to provide good

service and support to production and relevant departments; Pre-maintenance and

repair for production machines and facilities;

Control of spare parts for production machines.

Develop and implement an overall maintenance

strategy and set up CMMS system for the plant.

2.

Maintain and repair plant/equipment at the least

possible cost while ensuring continuous plant operations throughout the year.

3.

Prepare and monitor the maintenance and repair

annual budget for the department to ensure spending are in line with approved

budgets and determine variances and the cause of variances.

4.

Develop and implement the TPM in the plant.

In charge of

PSM for whole plant

6.

Participate in the capital improvement budget for

the entire plant.

7.

Manage, direct and motivate subordinate personnel

to achieve department goals in timely and safe manner while continuously

improving subordinate skills.

8.

Review and assist in the engineering of the major

projects.

9.

Execute all the improvement/upgrade projects for

site from end to end.

10.

Responsible for planning and scheduling of works;

daily, weekly and annual maintenance related works.

11.

Maintain and foster positive labour relations and

communication within maintenance department and among the plant’s various

departments.

12.

Support all aspects of plant and departmental

quality.

13.

Perform department management reviews.

Required Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Instrument or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in the chemical, oil & gas or other related industry

Hands-on experience in the maintenance of rotating and static equipment

Ability to champion pro-active maintenance and trigger improvement proposals

Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills
