Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Under supervision of the Supervisor, Patient & Guest Relations, assists with administrative functions and tasks related to the Patient & Guest Relations Program. Provides coverage as needed at both the Alfond Center for Health and Thayer Center for Health.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
- 1 year experience or more preferred
- Experience working with volunteers a plus
- Requires strong customer service focus and organizational skills required to be successful in the role as the Patient & Guest Relations Coordinator
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization to ensure a successful program
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
