Unity College is seeking a goal-oriented full-time Development Officer who will identify, engage, cultivate, and steward current and prospective donors. Those interested should be ready to

work with a dynamic team in creating a unique fundraising approach, guide the annual fund growth and manage and monitor the Development website through our webmaster, along with other social media tools. As a mission-focused team member, you will contribute to Unity’s market niche leadership position.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred. Experience working with prospective donors and fundraising required. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is also required. Preference will be given to applicants with a proven track record of fundraising using social media, capital campaigns and development databases.
