Internship as Event manager assistant

The Asian Banker, headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Beijing, and a representative in Dubai, is the foremost provider of integrated business intelligence to the financial services industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
This role will involve:
– Using contact networks such as LinkedIn in order to identify suitable delegates for event
– Send invitations to prospect delegates
– Follow up on invitations
– Do pitch calls to prospect delegates in English
– Assist in other event management related work such as finding contact information, assisting in writing marketing materials and various other things.
Qualifications
– Fluent English speaking, very good writing and reading skills
– Time to work at least three-five full days every week, for at least two month, ideally three months
– Familiarity with Microsoft office, especially Excel

House and transportation allowance : 120RMB per day
