[Full-time] Personal Assistant at Hansecontrol
The Hermes Hansecontrol Group was founded in Hamburg in 1982 and today is an internationally active group of certified testing institutes for quality assurance, which offers manufacturers and retailers the full range of accredited test and consulting services for consumer products.
In October, 2013 Hermes Hansecontrol Technical Testing Service (Shanghai) Company Limited opened its brand new 6000m2 laboratory, with strong technical expertise and vast scope, providing premium services with quick responsiveness to manufacturers, traders and buyers not only in the economic hub of Shanghai but also in the entire North and East China regions.
Job Responsibilities:
This position reports to Managing Director
Manage working calendar and business trips.
Provide professional secretarial and administrative support.
Manage files, data and information including communication with departments.
Organize and facilitate visitor reception and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Fluent in oral and verbal English; German is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of MNC assistant experience.
Excellent MS – office skills.
Good team work, communication and interpersonal skills
Hard-working, dedicated & responsible, and willing to help.
Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: 3-5 years
