DUTIES: The Maintenance Worker is a member of the Facility Management Service and is responsible for satisfactory accomplishment of a variety of minor maintenance tasks and housekeeping duties as required. Duties include; ·Hanging Pictures, signs, bulletin boards and similar decorations/certificates etc. · Maintenance and minor repairs of office furniture. ·Operating floor machine, pressure washer, buffers, and floor strippers. ·Installing standard curtain rods and traverse rods. ·Performs minor preventive maintenance on EMS equipment, including, but not limited to replacing belts, bolts, screws, etc. ·Installing paper towel, soap and toilet tissue dispensers and repairing them as needed. ·Removing, cleaning and replacing light bulbs. ·Snow removal at Main entrances of the hospital ·Working independently and exercising judgment to plan equipment repairs and determining maintenance requirements; ·Performing other related duties as assigned.
