Manufacturing Learning Center - New Balance - Norridgewock, ME

Responsibilities

As a Learning Center Associate, you will learn through job instructions the technical skills and quality specifications to safely manufacture a shoe. Learn and become familiar with New Balance manufacturing goals, processes and procedures, towards meeting customer demand. Keep an organized workspace to follow the 6S principles and ensure a Lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  


• Ability to lift light to moderate weight (up to 25 lbs.) and to stand for long periods of time.
  


• Excellent communication skills.
  


• Desire to work in a team environment.
  


• Proven ability to accept change readily.
