[Full-time] Manager, Organization & Central HR at Volkswagen

Main goals and objectives:
Your Responsibilities:
Organization

Organization Development; Concepts and Consulting
Structure and Headcount planning, analysis and steering (SAP knowledge?)
Organization analysis and optimization
Reporting
Policies and Guidelines; concepts, analysis, negotiation, integration and editing
Business Process Optimization and –Engineering/ knowledge required
Central HR

Concepts: Develop content and guidelines
HR integration Region China (Concept)
Projects
Reports
Supporting Volkswagen Group Programs (Stimmungsbarometer etc.)
Projects

Special tasks or projects with high content diversity on special demand EVP/ BoM

Our Requirements:

- Economical knowledge (University)
- Logical/ analytic thinking
- Excel/ ppt skills (advanced)
- Business experience
- “Senior”; ability to represent topics in front EVP, BoM
- Ability to be deputy of Head of Organization & Central HR
