Internship Project Manager at G2S / CHINAJOBHUNTER

G2S Creative Workshop is looking to hire a full time Project Manager for our Beijing Studio.

Main Responsibilities:

– Managing G2S’s relationship with customers, vendors, contractors and other parties, by acting as the central point of contact
– Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects
– Performing quality assurance and risk management
– Project budget and scheduling estimation and management
– Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients
– Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress

Skills needed:

– Understanding of creative fields, especially graphic design, website development, video production, photography and event management
– Great contacts in the business and artistic communities
– Excellent presentation, communication, flexibility and interpersonal skills
– Highly self-motivated, proactive attitude
– Confident, reliable, aggressive, self-initiated and result-oriented
– Well-organized, pay attention to details
– Fluent in English & Chinese
