Summer internship China (Research) at Ward Howell / CHINAJOBHUNTER

As an intern at Ward Howell you will be responsible for a variety of functions. Mostly you will have to perform assignments linked to our core business (i.e. Executive Search, Human Capital Consulting, Talent Management) like conducting market research or candidate search as well as tasks related to internal business development projects and operations. You are expected to have an independent judgment, maturity and drive to help organization succeed.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Conduct desk researches on a project basis and on demand. Support the Managing Director as well as the Research Consultants in data collection and first stage analysis, and ensure proper document & data management.
Search for suitable candidates for Ward Howell’s clients.
Prepare and manage correspondences and meetings with candidates.
Other project based as well as routine duties might be allocated to you on demand.
Requirement:
Ability to strictly maintain confidentiality.
Structured working style, which leads to effective and efficient fulfillment of work duties.
High level of service orientation.
Ability to multi-task.
High level of diligence and eye for details.
College degree or higher.
Experience within the fields of HR, Research or Business Development is a nice to have but NOT a must.
Proficient language skills in English and/or Chinese / German (preferred)
Proficient working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet.
Professional flexibility adapted for business demands.
Proficient communication skills to communicate with candidates via the phone or E-Mail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, decent organizational behaviors
