With the years of development, our client has expanded its business into a diversified group including real estate, retail, hotel, and entertainment in both Hong Kong and oversea. With the expansion in Mainland China, they are now looking for the General Manager who will be in charge of the Property Projects. This position requires to station in Beijing, Shanghai or Dalian.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chairman, you will have the overall responsibility of overseeing the projects from initial planning to completion stage in the whole China. You will be in charge of the grand opening and provide leadership, structure, and training required by the on-site management to operate the property. The General Manager will also be looking after the project’s financial budget, manpower, daily operation, marketing and all other supporting functions, and developing management procedures and standards compliance.

Requirements:

Our client is looking for a degree holder in Business or Property related field. Minimum 15 years relevant experience with good track record with developer. Previous experience in PRC is a must and past experience in managing mixed-use commercial project is highly preferred. Mature leader, strong commercial acumen and fluent in Mandarin and English would be ideal.
