Title: Japanese AND Chinese spkg Executive
Location: Beijin, China
Salary: JPY 8,000,000

Our client is major e-marketing company, top share in the internet advertising industry in Japan.
This is an executive/ managerial role, and you will be reporting to CEO, who is in Japan HQ. 
You have very broad responsibilities working closely with staff in various operations of the company, hence you must be very organised, have good supervisory skills and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:
- Accounting; supervises assistants and performs all aspects of company accounting
- Compliance; supervises assistants and performs compliance monitoring as well as internal audit of operations
- Administration; supervises staff to ensure smooth running of general office
- Settlements; supervises staff to ensure timely settlements of trades
- Fund valuation/performance measurement; supervises two staff to ensure maintenance of accurate database and timely client reporting
- IT; supervises one staff to ensure uninterrupted IT services to the general office
-  Company secretarial; ad-hoc tasks such as reviewing legal documents

Skills and Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese AND Japanese (both written/reading/speaking)
- Advanced English
- MBA, CIMA or equivalent qualification(s)
- Experience in Sales& Marketing in internet advertising/ Web service
- Experience in the advertising industry in China would be advantage
- Must have supervisory experience, very organised, able to work under considerable time pressure, good attention to detail.
