We are looking for experienced software developer to join the team and drive the development efforts.

CIG is exploring opportunities in multiple hottest areas, including but not restricted to Kinect, Windows Phone, IOT, etc. We are hiring top notch developers to help delivering software innovations to enable new business in China and across the world. The teams are self-managing and are empowered to make critical project related decisions, including scope, direction, architecture, technology choice, schedule, direct customer/partner interaction, etc.

We are looking for developers with the following qualifications.
• At least 5+ years of experience developing software products.
• Excellent C/C++ or C# coding/debugging skills
• Knowledge and experience of development on Windows platform. Previous work on Windows client application development by VC++ and/or MFC is valuable.
• Passion for new technologies and can learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience of development through all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Excellent design and problem solving skills.
• Good English and oral and written communication skills. Chinese oral and written communication skills strongly preferred.
At the same time, the following are big plusses:
• Technical leadership. You need to proactively participate in or lead architecture design and provide valuable input for design trade-off decision.
• Creative. You need to be able to think out of box, have a good instinct with technology and customer needs, is able to come up with original solutions to solve the unspoken customer issues.
• Great at team work. The project team is self-organized, not assigned. You need to work with different people over the time to make your project successful. Managers will provide guidance, but you'll need to figure out the most effective way to work with others. You also need to collaborate with partner teams and community developers to make the maximum impact.
• Can handle ambiguity and be very pragmatic. There will be lots of unknowns. You'll need to make solid progress towards the goal day by day. Not only do you need to dream big, but also be realistic.
• Excellent customer focus. The success or failure of a concept test is based on the customer feedback and usage data. It’s critical that developers can not only implement the idea but also be able to reliably measure how ideas work or don’t work. Working directly with end users to gather feedback and respond to feature requests is also crucial.
